After trying this spoke brush, we couldn't help but admire OXO's development team. The problems with cleaning spoke wheels are truly addressed here. Intricate wheels have 3 types of surface area: the outer rim, the tubular spokes, and the underlying surface area behind the spokes. Brake dust and road grime accumulate differently on these surfaces and this brush is built to tackle the individual challenges. No need to use 2 or 3 different tools, OXO's Spoke Wheel Brush does it all!

The cone shaped body of the brush is made up of four individual spiral brushes. Each brush is constructed of durable, twisted double wire securely holding thousands of soft nylon bristles.
These individual brushes can be pulled apart creating a wheel brush that fits the openings in your wheel specifically. The tip of the brush is capped with a rubber boot packed with stiff nylon scrubbing bristles. The combination of blunt and angle cut bristle shafts creates a full, rounded, very effective scrubbing tip.

The tough blue scrub head easily, yet gently, removes caked-on, baked-on brake dust and road soot from exterior and interior wheel surfaces. The softer, compact sides of the cone get in and around spokes with ease. The plump, proportionate handle is an OXO trademark making it easy to grip. As with all OXO Good Grip® Tools, the easy, comfortable, non-slip grip is ergonomically engineered to use muscle effort effectively. A lightweight, solid rubber handle flares against the brush bottom to protect the working hand from scratches and scrapes.

We were very impressed with the light-weight, ingenious, and overall well thought-out design of this very sturdy, high quality brush. An oversized hanging hole will accommodate any hook in your garage.
