The Wolfgang Clay Combo gives you the means to completely clean the paint of all the dirt, grime, and pollution that is keeping you from achieving the shine you want. The combo includes a 200 gram bar of Wolfgang Elastic Poly Clay and a 16 oz. Wolfgang Clay Lubricant.

Clay works by removing anything that protrudes above the surface of the paint. Clay removes tar, industrial fallout, bird droppings, brake dust, tree sap, and overspray. These contaminants may not be obvious but they cause the paint to feel bumpy and to appear patchy. The uneven appearance of the paint is caused by a patch of contaminants causing an uneven reflection. Wolfgang Elastic Poly Clay and Wolfgang Clay Lubricant will remove these contaminants and leave the paint silky smooth.

200 gram Wolfgang Elastic Poly Clay Bar
Wolfgang Elastic Poly Clay is a non-abrasive product, safe for all aluminum, chrome, fiberglass, paint and finishes. It loosens and lifts all manner of dirt, grime, and contaminants away from the surface like magic. You will be amazed at the amount of debris collected by the clay with each pass. Elastic Poly Clay is unlike other clays in formulation—the latest research and technology in car care has gone into this product. This formula is superior at attracting and exfoliating dirt, allowing the clay to glide across the surface with little to no effort, and keeping the clay supple and pliable. It packs great cleaning power—enough to remove stubborn tree sap, tar, acid rain and water spots without harsh chemicals or abrasive particles. Wolfgang Elastic Poly Clay will not dry out with age or decompose with frequent use. Cut this large clay bar in half and reserve one half for later use.

16 oz. Wolfgang Clay Lubricant
Wolfgang Clay Lubricant is specifically designed to be used with Wolfgang Elastic Poly Clay. When applied on a freshly washed surface Clay Lubricant creates an ultra-fine, slick protective layer between the paint and the clay. This allows the clay to glide across the surface, acting as a magnet for any foreign particles left behind after the wash. When this step is complete, your car’s surface will actually be exfoliated, “purified” and free of contamination.

Cobra All Purpose Microfiber Towels are made of high quality split weave microfiber that is both strong and absorbent. The 80/20 blend of polyester and polyamide is soft and gentle on any surface. Our microfiber towel produces no lint and is capable of absorbing 7 times its own weight in moisture.

The Wolfgang Clay Combo is an excellent value! The 200 gram clay bar can be cut in half; each 100 gram portion can clean 3-4 cars. The 16 oz. Clay Lubricant also goes a long way. One vehicle will only need to be clayed once or twice a year to maintain a slick, shiny finish. Always follow claying with a wax or sealant, such as Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0.

Directions:

Wash vehicle first. It is not necessary to dry it.
Spray a fine mist of Wolfgang Clay Lubricant on a 2 square foot area.
Rub Wolfgang Elastic Poly Clay Bar across the wet surface in a back and forth motion.
The clay will grab at first as it encounters contamination on the paint surface. This is normal. When the clay glides smoothly, the surface is clean.
Use the lubricant to remove any clay residue using a Cobra microfiber towel. Wipe dry.
Inspect the clay after each section. If it appears soiled, reshape it to reveal a clean portion. If dropped on the ground, discard the clay.
