FLEX has manufactured two of their bestselling polishers (the FLEX XFE and the FLEX PE14), as cordless, battery-operated systems. Powered by either a 5 amp or 2.5 amp (both cordless machines come with a 5 amp battery, but the 2.5 amp battery is available for purchase separately), lithium-ion battery, the FLEX PE-150 Cordless Rotary Polisher packs just as much of a punch as its corded counterpart.

The FLEX PE-150 Cordless Rotary Polisher is powerful! It has a 1400 watt motor with a no-load speed range of 150 - 1,450 rpm. It's capable of high speed compounding, but it also works smoothly when polishing at low speeds. A convenient acceleration switch allows you to start slow and gradually increase speed. Lock the speed for continuous operation.

When powered by the 5 amp battery pack, the FLEX PE-150 Cordless Rotary Polisher can use a cutting wool pad at full power for 30-35 minutes – the perfect amount of time to polish a couple panels. The average charge time from dead to fully charged is approximately 40 minutes – and you can have a back-up battery on hand to keep going while the other battery is still charging!
